Returns Policy

Under the EU’s Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period i.e. the right to cancel the contract of purchase. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 7 working days; starting from the day after the goods are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, the original despatch charge. If for any reason we have arranged to collect the goods from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you (European Union Only).

Where goods are unwanted and notification is received after the 7 day cooling off period, we will be able to offer you an exchange or a gift coupon to the value of the goods within 28 days of you receiving the goods. In this instance, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing via our on-line form at http://shop.cubeformen.com/index.php?route=account/return/insert. We will not be liable to cover costs of returned goods where the items are simply unwanted or no longer required. Items for return must be unused and in a perfect resalable condition, accompanied by a valid order reference.

Regrettably we are unable to accept product returns for unwanted beauty products if;

  • The manufactured product(s) does not have a tamper resistant seal.
  • The product(s) tamper resistant seal is broken.
  • The product(s) are used or not in perfect resalable condition.

Once the 28 day period has passed we have the right to refuse exchanges of any unwanted items.

Faulty or damaged goods

In the event you receive are faulty or damaged we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available.

Should a replacement not be required, notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged product. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods or may collect the product(s) so we can conduct an investigation.

A manual review will be conducted for all products that are believed to be faulty, once the item(s) have been received, we will begin our investigation which may take between 5-7 working days.

Discounted or Qualified Free Products

If you qualified for a free gift with your order, it must be included with your return unopened, unused and fully resalable/reusable if seeking a refund or credit.

Where an order has qualified for a discount to be applied to a product this discount shall no longer apply if upon returning part of the order the resulting value is below the threshold for the discount to apply. The discounted products must therefore either be returned or they shall be charged at the full retail price.

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at the standard rate.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. This may take several days to reflect against your account, depending on the bank/method.

Returns Procedure

All returns should be securely wrapped in the same packaging where possible and marked clearly on the exterior of the box with the Returns Authorisation Number. A signed delivery or proof of posting method with adequate insurance should be used in the unlikely event that we do not receive your package.
